Patients willing to use the SMS services must consent verbally to receive messages oriented to:

  • Improve our services according to the patient’s needs.

  • Coordinate the Medical Supply Equipment delivery and any technical support necessary.

Examples of possible types of SMS to exchange:

  • Delivery coordination.

  • Time, location, availability to receive medical supplies in person.

  • Technical support and Assembly specifications related to the medical equipment.

Unauthorized review, use, disclosure, or distribution is prohibited. If you receive it by mistake, please notify ACA Medical Supplies and delete it immediately.

Messages may contain useful information intended only for improving our services to the patient and a better coordination of the Medical Supply Equipment delivery and technical support related to the medical equipment.

E.g. Patient address location, time and delivery specifications for the Medical Supplies products and equipment.

This information related to the coordination of Medical Supply Equipment delivery can appear duplicated and could have been initially revealed via email or fax by the patient’s Drs office.

ACA Medical Supplies does not share or disclosure any information related to the patient with any third-party organization other than the Patient’s Physician orienting the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders.
